Medical Bridge coverage from Colonial Life helps provide financial support for unexpected medical expenses associated with hospital stays and certain outpatient services. Choose between a Low Plan and a High Plan based on the level of coverage that best fits your needs.
How it Works
If you or a covered family member experience a covered hospital confinement or other eligible medical event, the plan pays cash benefits directly to you. Coverage includes benefits for 24-hour hospital confinements, outpatient surgical procedures, emergency room visits, major diagnostic exams, and other covered services.
Select the plan you'd like to enroll in during benefits enrollment. The Low Plan pays up to $1,000 per covered person per calendar year, while the High Plan pays up to $2,000.
